Air Supply Kit
Kit includes 1/2" isolation valve, Viridian pulse counter, air filter/regulator, and hosing with the appropriate fittings to connect the compressed air supply line to the pump. The connection fitting type can be designed to match the existing site fittings and also to provide easy installation and maintenance of the pump.
Liquid Discharge Piping Kit
A liquid discharge piping kit can be designed to meet the needs of the site. Typical kits include isolation valves, check valves, sample ports, and pressure gauges. Kits can be designed to manifold several pumps together in one location, or used separately to connect to a common forcemain.
Tubing Bundle
The standard tubing bundle comes equipped with a 1" discharge hose, 1/2" air supply, and 5/8" exhaust tube all encased in a single polyethylene jacket. The nylon hose is designed to withstand the harsh environment and corrosive nature of the leachate being pumped.
Pulse Counter
The magnetically actuated counter is triggered with every stroke of a spring return piston that houses a magnet. The piston is driven by the air during the pumping cycle.
Air/Filter Regulator
A manually adjustable filter regulator ensures a clean air supply at the appropriate pressure is supplied to the pump for proper operation. The pressure can be adjusted from 10-160 psi. Non-metallic construction prevents oxidation of the filter/regulator.
Support Cable
Stainless steel support cable and clamps can be provided to ensure the pump is properly supported as it hang in your well.
I-Fit Connectors
Viridian's I-Fit connectors provide a secure and easy way to attach and disconnect the tubing from the pump without having to cut the tubes.
6" & 8" Slip-on Well Seal
Flexible well cover designed to fit over 6" or 8" diameter well. Cover comes equipped with ports for air supply, exhaust, sampling, and discharge tubing. An optional 2" or 3" diameter port is available for use with a vacuum extraction system.
4" Slip-on Well Seal
Flexible well seal designed to fit over 4" diameter well. Cover comes equipped with ports for air supply, exhaust, sampling, and discharge tubing.
6" & 8" Flanged Well Cover
Flanged well cover designed to fit on a 6" or 8" diameter well. Cover comes equipped with ports for air supply, exhaust, sampling, and discharge tubing. An optional 2" or 3" diameter port is available for use with a vacuum extraction system.
4" Flanged Well Cover
Flanged well cover designed to fit on a 4" diameter well. Cover comes equipped with ports for air supply, exhaust, sampling, and discharge tubing.
Minimum Pressure Valves
Used to maintain minimum pressure in a separator tank when the compressor is started and to prevent air backflow from the line.
